Complete home staging
This package includes staging an entire vacant home and outdoor living spaces with our furniture, décor and accessories. Our design plan focuses on highlighting the unique features of the home to make it appealing for the right buyer.
Partial home staging
A lot of times, it is it is not necessary to stage every room in a home. Our designers will work with you to come up with a plan to stage the rooms that will showcase your property; using our furniture, décor and accessories.
Occupied home staging
This is for clients who are still living their homes while it goes on the market. We use some of your existing furniture and supplement it with ours. We will bring in new bedding, throw pillows, décor that you can keep once the home is sold. Our goal here is to prepare your home for sale while maintaining a livable situation for you and your family.
Occupied home staging consultations
Our professional stager will do a walk though of the property and advise you on all staging concepts: curb appeal, material upgrades, color selection, furniture arrangement, and accessory placement. Each consultation includes a detailed report of the changes that are we recommended for preparing your home for sale.
Interior design
"Interior design is the ability to transform an ordinary space into a beautiful well designed and functional environment." After the initial consultation we come up with an end to end design plan keeping in mind our clients’ wants + wishes and working with their budget and timeline.
RE-design
Re-design is a great solution for those who want to refresh their space without breaking the bank. Using your existing furnishings, art, and accessories, we will transform your space into one that is comfortable, stylish, and functional. Your home is your sanctuary and together we will create a place that feels like home.
